Process automation and RPA
Your teams spend hours a day on work that a system could do in seconds. We make sure this stops happening.
The real cost of repetitive manual labor
20–40%
del tiempo del equipo administrativo
In most medium-sized companies, between 20 and 40% percent of the time of the administrative team is spent on repetitive tasks with no added value: copying data from one system to another, processing invoices, consolidating reports, responding to predictable emails.
That time not only has a salary cost. It has a huge opportunity cost: it is time that is not dedicated to selling, better customer service, or strategic decision-making. And an error cost: repetitive manual work is where most errors occur and where they are least detected.
Automating those processes is no longer an optional decision. It is a prerequisite for continuing to compete with teams of the same size as yours.
What we can automate in your company
We work on process automation at four levels of depth, depending on the type of process and the maturity of your systems.
Isolated repetitive tasks
Concrete actions that are repeated many times a day: copying data between systems, generating documents, extracting information from PDFs, sending notifications. Light automation, immediate return.
Complete administrative processes
End-to-end processes such as processing supplier invoices, employee onboarding, order management, generation and sending of periodic reports. Coordinated flows between various systems.
Industrial and operational processes
Automation in industrial environments: MES-ERP integration, production control, plant traceability, online incident management, predictive maintenance integrated with SCADA.
RPA and robotic software
Bots that operate on your current systems as if they were human users. Useful when there are no APIs, when you work with legacy systems, or when you need to automate without touching the infrastructure.
Automation with or without AI: when each one is needed
Many people use “RPA” and “AI automation” as synonyms. They are not. Choosing the wrong one multiplies the cost of the project.
Traditional RPA
For structured and predictable processes: always the same steps, with the same fields, in the same systems. Fast to deploy, cheap, but fragile to changes in interfaces or unforeseen exceptions.
Automation with AI
For processes that require understanding, decision-making, or adaptation: extracting data from unstructured documents, classifying new cases, interpreting natural language, and deciding on unforeseen cases. More powerful, more robust, but requires careful design.
Hybrid automation (the most common)
Most real projects combine both approaches: AI understands and decides; RPA runs on existing systems. It is the combination with the best cost-effectiveness ratio.
In the initial diagnosis, we tell you which approach is best suited to each of your processes.
Why Deveco
In-house technical team 100%
We design, build, and maintain the automation with our own equipment. No subcontractors involved, so no one has to take the blame when something goes wrong.
Real experience in complex industrial environments
We have automated everything from simple administrative processes to industrial MES systems with ERP integration. At ZFoam we eliminated all the Excel spreadsheets in production and put 9 departments into operation in real time.
Automation with AI from the design stage
We do not sell traditional RPA as a single solution. We combine RPA, API orchestration, and AI agents based on what is appropriate in each case.
ROI filter before proposing
If a process has no clear return when it is automated, we say so. Not all processes are worth the effort.
Clear signs that it is time to automate
If you identify two or more of these situations, talking to us makes sense.
- Your administrative team works overtime for repetitive tasks, not for strategic workload
- You rely on hand-maintained Excels for critical processes
- There are recurring errors in manual tasks that you have already tried to solve with training.
- Processes that take days when they could take minutes
- You have implemented standard software but your team continues to work in parallel with manual tools.
- Your operations are worse than your sales
In 30 minutes of calls, we evaluate which processes have the most return from being automated and give you an honest priority order.
