That’s why on September 23rd, we are organizing the second Afterwork Acelera Pyme together with the Acelera Pyme Office of CEOE Aragón and TECNARA in our rooftop in Zaragoza. An afternoon to learn, solve doubts, and network in a different environment.
Automating your company is easier than you think
We have been helping small and medium-sized businesses incorporate artificial intelligence into their processes for years, and we always start from the same point: interest, but a lack of clarity. Where do I start? What tools do I use? How much does it cost? What happens if something goes wrong?
In this session we will answer those questions with concrete examples, not with theory.
What are we going to talk about?
The session revolves around a specific question: how can a small business start to automate without large investments or advanced technical knowledge?
We will address the processes that consume the most time in a company's day-to-day operations and that have the greatest potential for automation: customer service, mail management, document generation, task tracking, and data-driven decision-making.
Real cases, accessible tools, and mistakes to avoid
We will show real cases of companies with whom we have worked: what they have won, how they did it, and what they would have done in a different way.
We will also discuss the most common mistakes when starting with AI: automating processes that first need to be redesigned, starting with the most complex tasks, or ignoring data quality. These are small mistakes that slow down results and can be easily avoided with good initial guidance.
Who is conducting the session?
Carlos Zapatero, our COO, and Miguel Laguna, CTO, have been helping medium-sized companies incorporate technology in a practical and frictionless way for years. Their approach is not technical but business-oriented: what problem does it solve, how much time does it save, and how is the result measured?
A free event with networking included
Afterwork Acelera Pyme is not just another conference. It is a space designed for companies with the same challenges to share experiences, ask questions without filters, and meet other people who are at the same point on their journey.
The session is free and is open to freelancers, small and medium-sized businesses, and companies from any sector. There is no need to have previous knowledge of artificial intelligence.
